Thanks for asking, Fred. If you want to put a simple c-notch in the bottom of the frame rail for rear end clearance, we have #12203.
We also have the frame curve sections, as shown here .

Eliminating the large hole on the inside of the frame rail was the main goal when we set out to design a new style of through-frame tie rod end mount.
What kind of steel are your tabs and gussets made from? Mild Steel?

Do you make your universal sway bar in 0.500 inch diameter. The 48 Plymouth Conv I'm working on never had a rear sway bar and I may not be able to use anything greater than 0.750 on the front.
