It works seamlessly for both LS and HEMI engines, making it a versatile choice for builders.
Precision Engineering:
The main plate is laser-cut from 1/4" pickled & oiled (P&O) mild steel, ensuring high durability and resistance to deformation under heavy loads. The 3/16" P&O gussets and frame plates add rigidity to the entire setup, giving your engine the solid support it needs.
Energy Suspension Performance Bushings:
Our kit features large, high-performance 1-3/4" wide, 1-5/8" OD urethane bushings from Energy Suspension, a trusted name in polyurethane components. These bushings are designed to absorb vibrations and deliver a smooth ride, while still providing the secure engine stability needed for high-performance builds. The frame plates measure 6" from the bushing center to the opposite end, with the bushing bolt center positioned 3-3/8" from where the mount sits on the block. This allows for precise alignment and easy installation.
Heavy-Duty Mounting:
- The bolt hole pattern is 4-7/16" x 3-1/4” and slotted slightly, perfectly aligned for LS and HEMI applications.
- The kit is available either precision TIG welded or as a ready-to-weld component kit for those who prefer to customize the assembly.
- Includes all grade 5 zinc-plated hardware, bushings, engine brackets, and frame plates to ensure a complete and hassle-free installation.
Additional Reinforcement Option:
For those seeking extra strength, the optional “frame filler plate” add-on includes two #27804 rectangular plates, which can be welded between the frame plates for additional rigidity and reinforcement, ensuring your setup is rock-solid for any demanding applications.
