When we ran a full service chassis fab/turn-key hot rod shop a number of years ago, it was always useful to have threaded things around to weld into the frame for some kind of mount, etc.

Similar in shape to our #18200 and #18201 tabs, but a whopping 3/8″ thick.
1″ from frame edge to center of 1/2″ hole. 1-3/8" radius around the hole - the same as our #10093 standard bushing outer tube.
This tab can be reamed (by you) to mount an early Ford tie rod end under the frame rail.
