Gary, our 56″ kit will be the right width for your Ranchero.

We have a coil-over version and a kit that uses conventional MII springs and shocks (both shown below).

For any swap of this type it will be necessary to fabricate frame rails from the firewall forward.  This will also give you more room for an engine swap.
