Dear Welder Series…
I’m considering Mustang II tubular a arm suspension on my 66 Chevy Nova and I’m interested in the crossmember you have. Will that crossmember fit the original frame rails or is it best to change them over to 2×4 box tubing? Also, if I order the welded crossmember, does it still ship UPS/Fedex or will it ship freight?

Jerry, some builders have used our crossmember in the stock rails, but most make 2×4 or 2×3 rails with supports running from the front of the rails to the upper part of the firewall.

The kit ships UPS welded or ready-to-weld.  Freight from our door to yours is 10% of the order total, with a minimum charge of $15.00 and a maximum freight charge of $60.  Click here to get the whole run-down.
