Just a quick heads-up for our U.S. customers: I’m temporarily unable to ship any orders into the United States. UPS is adding unexpected, random and unpredictable fees and reclassifying several of my tariff codes, which has caused high costs at the border.
I’m working with UPS to get this resolved as quickly as possible, and I’ll post an update as soon as shipments can resume.
Thank you for your patience and understanding — I really appreciate it. Canadian orders remain unaffected, and we are still receiving shipments from our US suppliers weekly.
